    3. Educational Policy:

      • Holding regular meetings and consultations with parents.
      • Facilitating dialogue between parents, teachers, and the administration.

    5. Conflict Resolution:

      • Participating in resolving conflicts between the administration, teachers, and parents.
      • Acting as a mediator in disputed matters.

    Composition of the Board of Trustees:

    • Parents (elected during parent meetings).
    • Teachers (selected in agreement with the pedagogical council).
    • School Administration (usually the principal or vice-principal).
    • Local Community Representatives (entrepreneurs, public figures).
    • Sometimes, senior students.

    Rights and Powers:

    • Providing advisory input on key school decisions.
    • Making budgetary and project-related proposals.
    • Monitoring the quality of the educational process.
    • Initiating public discussions.

    The Board of Trustees plays a crucial role in enhancing transparency in school management and improving the quality of education. It creates opportunities for parents and the community to take an active part in school life.
